Delivery Information

We will ensure that your order is dispatched within 24 hours of placing it and an email notification will be sent for your reference.

The standard delivery to local addresses will take 3 – 5 working days. However, there can be delays during weekends and other statutory holidays.

Delivery is free for local orders above AED 100 under standard delivery method.

For international orders, the delivery times will be varied and a shipping cost will be applicable based on the country to be delivered.

For express deliveries, special delivery fees will be applicable based on your requirement.

During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal. When your order leaves our warehouses, after order confirmation once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified, we will send you an e-mail. Please note that all orders are subject to verification.

Returns & Exchange Policy

A return or exchange request should be submitted within 7 days from the order receipt date to exchange your purchase.Please submit your return request through the below link

The original delivery and handling fees for the purchase will not be refundable

Product Condition

• Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.

• When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that in the case of returns by mail, we will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges

Exchanges

If you would prefer another size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state on the delivery note the item you wish to exchange and the new size.

If you wish to exchange your item for another product, you must return the item and place a new order.

If the preferred size, colour or another design is not available at the time of return or exchange, we will refund in the form of an e- gift card to be used in a future date for another purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3 and 12 business days from reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

In these cases, returns or exchanges must be returned via Standard, Ground or Regular shipping method. Please remember to include the receipt for the delivery costs of the refund.

Note that CH will not reimburse the proportional part of the delivery costs incurred when returning the merchandise via Express, Overnight or 2 Day Shipping.

Policy on defective garments

If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by mail, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the proportional part of the original delivery costs.

The postage expenses will be reimbursed after the items are reimbursed.

In the case a defective garment cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new garment for the same value, convert your purchase value to a E- Gift Card to be utilized at our store in a future date or you can opt for a refund.

Payment methods

You can choose between various payment methods:
1. Cash on Delivery - (Cash on delivery option is available for deliveries done locally.)
2. Debit or Credit card - (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diners. Payments with debit cards will be charged in real time.)
3. Paypal - (To pay via PayPal, select this payment method and click on 'Confirm payment'. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.)
